About Brad

Brad's Story

His journey into dog training began nearly 11 years ago with a Belgian Malinois named Wolf—a high-energy pup he bought off Craigslist. What started as pure chaos quickly grew into a passion that changed the course of his life.

At the time, he held a BBA in Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting, working in corporate America—a career that looked successful on paper but left him unfulfilled. His struggles with Wolf, and his determination to help him, sparked a drive to better understand canine psychology and behavior.

He went on to attend multiple dog training schools, travel to seminars, and study under some of the best trainers in the industry. What began as an effort to save his own dog evolved into Carlisle K9—a family-owned business built on experience, dedication, and a mission to help others avoid the same challenges he once faced.

Today, he is a Certified Master Dog Trainer and Behaviorist with years of hands-on experience working with dogs of all breeds and temperaments. His approach emphasizes clear communication, structure, and consistency—helping families not only achieve better behavior but also build stronger, lasting bonds with their dogs.

For him, it’s never just about training dogs—it’s about changing lives.
